Versamill 3 Series machines are tested and fully qualified to assure accuracy and that they arrive fully ready for production. This includes perpendicularity between rotary axes which is critical in 5-axis machining.

Versamil 3-Series machines are delivered to our Traverse City, MI facility where the undergo final assembly and rigorous testing. They are then fully qualified for quality and performance before delivery to the field.

VersaLink Allows control over machines remotely through the network allowing you to monitor the milling progress, load new milling files, check tool life, material usage, milling status, and maintenance functions.
